Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery (Cash on Delivery orders)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Customized / personalized products, unless received damaged or incorrect

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
